Rehabilitation Center for Humanity (RCH) was established to provide effective outpatient mental health services to individuals located in Baltimore City and surrounding areas. We promote independent living skills through intensive daily support. In the evenings, clients return home where they get hands-on practice using the skills they learn during the day.

 

Rehabilitation Center for Humanity's outpatient mental health program has been accredited by The Joint Commission and has been approved and licensed by the Maryland Department of Health's Behavioral Health Administration.

 

 Our mental health program offer wide-ranging services to support children and adults with mental challenges in reaching attainable goals and a higher level of independence.
